As a Future Pathfinder at Universal Robots, you’ll walk Mekar Belia participants through their visit and help them make the most of every demo and conversation. You won’t just show them the way. You’ll help them see where they could go.

Where Ambition Meets Opportunity Imagine being 15, top of your cohort, and seeing a robot at work for the very first time. The Mekar Belia Learning Journey opens that door. Mekar Belia brings together high-achieving Malay/Muslim youths from the top 20% of national cohorts, from Secondary to Pre-University. At Universal Robots, they get an introduction to robotics, automation and the technologies shaping future workplaces. Your Role: Future Pathfinder Lead participants between stops and keep their curiosity moving; Keep the programme on schedule so no moment is wasted; Be the warm, reliable face participants and hosts can count on.
Eligibility & requirements
Aged 18 and above Friendly, punctual and comfortable engaging with youth Able to commit to the full session Able to follow instructions from the Onsite Volunteer Lead and host staff
